Marty Friedman

Aside from his main gig as a multi-Platinum recording artist and government appointed Ambassador to Japan Heritage, Marty Friedman has written three Japanese books, Ototabi No Kiseki, Ii-Jan! J-Pop!, and Samurai Ongakuron, and had long running columns in Asahi Weekly, Nikkei Entertainment, Cyzo, Big Comic, Young Guitar, Guitar World and Burrn.
His autobiography, Dreaming Japanese, is his first book written in English.

Jon Wiederhorn is a veteran author and music journalist who co-authored Louder Than Hell, The Definitive Oral History of Metal, I’m the Man: The Story of That Guy from Anthrax, Ministry: The Lost Gospels According to Al Jourgensen, My Riot: Agnostic Front, Grit, Guts & Glory, and is the author of Raising Hell: Backstage Tales from the Lives of Metal Legends. Along with working at Rolling Stone, MTV, and Guitar Magazine, his writing has appeared in SPIN, Classic Rock, Revolver, Metal Hammer, TV Guide, Melody Maker and on Loudwire.
