Douglas Travaglione is a real estate broker with Sotheby’s International Realty in New York City, where he has spent over a decade working with ultra-high-net-worth clients. A lifelong New Yorker and graduate of Xavier High School and Wagner College, Doug has been fascinated by the world of elite boarding schools since he was a kid—a world he never experienced but couldn’t stop imagining. That lifelong fascination, shaped by his own upbringing in a culture of tradition and discipline, became the foundation of his debut novel. When he’s not writing or closing deals, Doug can be found on the golf course with his two children or planning the next family trip. He lives in Manhattan with his wife and their son and daughter. Thornbridge is the first book in a planned trilogy.
