Douglas Travaglione

Douglas Travaglione has been fascinated by the world of elite American boarding schools for as long as he can remember. Thornbridge, his debut novel, was shaped by that lifelong fascination and by his interest in how the next generation will navigate a world transformed by artificial intelligence—a question he believes every kid alive today is living with, whether they signed up for it or not. A lifelong New Yorker and graduate of Xavier High School, he works for Sotheby’s International Realty in Manhattan and lives in the city with his wife and their two children. Thornbridge is the first book in a planned trilogy.
