SGM Thad Smith (Ret.)

Thad Smith is a retired US Army Special Operations Explosive Ordnance Disposal (EOD) Team Leader. He served multiple combat tours with one of America’s Tier 1 special mission units during the height of the Iraq War. He helped hunt high-value targets, handled explosive hazards under fire, and fought through the insurgent strongholds of Iraq at a time when the world seemed to be unraveling. He lives in Hemphill, Texas.
