Why aren't These books available for my iPad?

Ok I'm trying to get all my hard copy books as electronic copies for my iPad/iPhone. Why aren't Mr. Barnharts books available from Apple like so many other zombie genre books are?

This is unacceptable.  I want my reign fix and I dont have my hard copies with me.
