I'm new to the forum but I'm a long-time fan and writer in the genre and would simply like to say that the cover is extremely impressive.  The nuance and detail is much more fitting to the theme of the material than what was originally on the cover (And that isn't to take away from John, as I know he was doing the best with what he had at the time).

I hope I have this kind of talent behind me when it comes time to say "Finished!" on my entries in the genre.
