    Jason has a gift., September 15, 2010
By  B. S. Micucci "BruceinMaine" (Portland Maine) - See all my reviews

Jason S. Hornsby has a gift. To be true he has a few gifts. The first gift Jason has is the gift of telling and amzingly Hitchcockian/slacker tail of utter doom. The way Jason spins his words and thoughts onto paper will leave your mind as total whipped red-green Jelly. His tails of 20-something life in america are so spot-on and blue they really have you reflecting inward. Then mix in some pure EVIL, mind numbing terror and you have a great book!!
As to some of Jasons other gifts...........This book. 11-23 is not your typical( so many lack luster books out nowadays )horror/end of the world/ rage tale of doom. 11-23 manages to mix in so many interesting side plots and mind benders that by the end of the book you just want to re-open it to see what you may have missed!!! . This is a must must read.
As with "Every sigh the End" ( another utterly amazing Book ) Jason has show he belongs at the top of any top writter list. ESTE and 11-23 should be at the top of every wish list for a long time comming!!!! I look forward with much anticipation to any future work Jason may honner my eye and mind with. Thank you thank you thank you Jason S. Hornsby and the great people @ Permuted Press. You both did it again. A+++++++++++++++++++

I know reviewers tend to embellish a bit, especially with blurbs, but by the end of that book I really was feeling nauseated and a bit paranoid myself. I keep wanting to reread it, but I can't inflict insomnia on myself during the school months without risking a decline in my GPA.

Ah, you guys make me feel so loved.  I've heard that nausea and rampant paranoia are the two truest signs of a healthy relationship.

Psst.  Check your email, Jason.  A certain Nigerian minister wants to funnel some cash through your bank account--or maybe publish one of your stories, I forget which.

Very late to the party, but I absolutely loved this and I'm going to put up a review as soon as I can think of one that does it justice.  :)
