Now that I've subbed something I realized that I could have sent in that "Apocalypst by Psychotic Chickens" story I've always wanted to write. :P

Just a quick update:  This anthology has now been fully read and acceptances and rejections have been emailed out.

--------------------------------------------------------------------

NEVER give up, never accept defeat; defeat only occurs when you let it consume you.  You, and everyone else who came to this party, are stronger than you may know.  Your souls shine brightly from the inside to the out.  A spirit can never be broken unless from within, and only if one allows that crack to birth.

For the path that you've laid in front of you - writers all of you - with whom one wishes to express the enormity of existence, upon this canvas that we call life, one needs to know, that not every shot will succeed, that not every arrow will find it's mark; but when that one does, that when that one bullet rips past the obstacles of doubt and fear and wringing hands, then magic is found and blossoms like ice cream on trees.

I would like to take a moment and thank everyone who submitted.  I know it can be tough to send your children out into the Void, all the time knowing how much it might suffer on its journey.  I would have liked to have seen everybody accepted, but the form and the measure of the business is such that that would be impossible.

I believe strongly that the stories submitted were exceptionally wrought, and it was very tough to decide what would work, and what would not.

Again, I would like to thank everyone for stepping up to the bar and giving us such a good range of material to pick from.

A TOC will be up very soon.

Look to the skies, for when you see us, you will see us ...

Amazing words, Zak.

Congrats to all who made it in!
And for those still looking for a home for their little ones: Keep trying!  Always seek to improve you craft and better yourself.  Rejections are obstacles we all must overcome, and through them, to evolve and hone our skills.  It's not always a bad thing to be denied.

Can't wait to see it all come together.  Zak, I'm sure you and Bill Tucker won't disappoint.
