Why are some titles available electronically (Apple) some aren't?

Like the title says, why can't I get Len Barnharts Reign series from Apple for my iPad/iPhone when other Permuted titles are available???

I'd sure like to be able to get those books.

I can understand the confusion, but those aren't Permuted Press books.  :)
