Electronic version of books. Specifically Apple.

In curious (You Permuted guys/gals) How come SOME books are available via iTunes as electronic (for my iPad) editions and others arent?  ZA Recht's first book is available but the second isnt.  Dying to live is available but the second book isnt.  Etc etc etc.

Didn't you ask the exact same question a few days ago?  And get a very polite, thorough answer from the publisher?
