I think the font looks a little odd, not that it is, but I think that if you changed it, it might be better. It's not hard to read, but the little bits of broken text on the sides are bothering. You can hardly see William's name down there as well.

Overall, I like the cover; it's moody and makes for a good atmosphere. Not all covers should have gore on them (On the Last Day did, but it was well done) and a moody cover is good.

Still, Permuted has a lot of talented artists, and I look forward to seeing more of what they do in the future. Seems as though you've got yourself busy with Permuted's next batch of talent, Jacob. Booked all the way through this year, hehehe . . .

Not that you have to answer this, but I'm just curious: Roughly how many novels gets a place like Permuted booked for a whole year?

We've planned to put out 6 books per year.  If we keep that schedule we've got almost 2 years worth of books.  I'm probably going to pick up the pace a little if possible.  We may end up putting out 8 or more total for 2007.

I absolutely love the cover art work.  The color adds a noir feeling to the whole thing, adding to the creep-factor without losing the action/adventure vibe I strived for in the novel.

I actually like the font of the title...kinda stamped/kinda slashed.  It really stands out against the darkness of the color painting.

Great job, everyone!

Who, that's pretty good. Six books a year . . . I'll be having lots of fun with my reading time, hehehe . . .

Have fun with that, there's lots of good talent being driven to this place.

I like the font as well, I was just pointing out the little tidbits, William. I think if your name was put in a brighter color it would be easier to read. Blind people like me (not really, but I have bad vision) have to see things, lol. Especially when you're reading, or admiring a book's cover.

All you have to do is ask for material, Jacob.  :D

Books or movies. Give me Vampires or Werewolves and I'm a happy camper.

Good idea on adding 'werewolf apocalypse' to the title - should drag all the lychanthrope enthusiasts in from the cold!  :weeners:
