Wow, you are being wayyy too modest, Mr. D.  I believe it is the cover, most of the time, that draws a reader to a book. THEN you read synopsis and make your decision. :)
Many times I have looked at a book that ended up having a great cover, but was of no interest to me whatsoever.

Thanks.  I would like to think that the cover gives the book some "curb appeal".

Great cover, Christian!!  I love the whole tone of the cover!
Sorry to let this one cool off so much.  I will be trying to get back on track with you guys in the coming days.  "They" have made it difficult at work to keep up with my online existance.

Anyhow Thank you very much Stephen!  This is still one of my favorites.  If anyone else likes it half as much as me then...well...WOO HOO!.

I actually wrote this book and it was published with another group before this, but it is being re-released with Permuted, who are great.  I'm working on a new novel now, though it is slow going and it will be some months before it is finished.  Thanks for reading it, and I am mondo glad you enjoyed it.

Really?  Wow, that is some of the highest praise I have ever received.  I am glad that you enjoyed it so much.  I knew when I was writing it that I was onto something really grand in scale and I had a lot to say about the state of world affairs at the time.

I just hope my new novel can live up to the high standards I set with ESTE.

By the way, what are those pictures of in your posts?  Is that a zombie make-up job?  It looks great.

yeah, I did all the make-up effects on myself, and had others help me out with the picture taking. The zombie one was from halloween last year. The gunshot one was from when a friend and I first got started in special effects make-up, we were just messing around that day, and the gas mask one was taken on my phones camera the day I got that gas mask in particular. I do zombie and theatrics make-up for a hobby, and get paid for it when I can.

But if you and anyone else want to commission any realistic zombie photographs for any works or projects you have, I am more than willing to. I have a pretty good size following of fans of my make-up work around where I live, and thus have a lot of volunteers to be zombies in my work. It just gets too expensive to make crowds of zombies while paying for the make-up out of my own pocket. Otherwise I really enjoy doing it, and would love to help illustrate any books you or anyone else else is interested in.

I'm an zombie artist first, and an aspiring author of zombie literature second. Unfortunately, art seems to pay less than writing...

And yes, I do believe that Every Sigh, The End will be something I will remember for the rest of my life. Which is def. not a bad thing, because I enjoyed it thoroughly.
