Diva--I had a lot of fun!  I felt a little awkward at first, but you guys do a great job making a guest feel at home.  And it was cool to actually talk with you.  I don’t know any horror writers around here--Sunseri’s upstate, but he lives just far enough that we can’t visit often--so it was great to converse with another horror writer.

ZombieZak, I felt your presence, I heard your cry: “Still Tastes Like Chicken!” Missed ya, bud.

It was a great interview, and that LIMBLESS story . . . I just read it in the companion guide . . .

Wow . . .

That's all I can really say about it, but I liked it. Now I just need to get Roses . . . Which I will be doing sooner rather than later!

Dude, I wish I had remembered that the show split into the archive after half an hour.  Crap!  I heard Jay say that in 2 minutes they would be off, and I rushed to the phone to dial in.  I guess I missed the boat.  I didn't want to interupt earlier 'cause you guys seemed to be hitting it off so well.

Ah, well, next time!  Have fun!

Ok, I'm a dork... I thought it actually ended at 30 minutes.  So the live version just cuts off after 30 minutes and then you have to listen to the rest in the archive?  Is that how it works?

The way the show is set up, we generally do only a half hour, unless the show has a lot of topics to discuss. That way there is no pressure to fill a whole hour as well as put pressure on the guest to fill a longer show! BUT, we always have an extra half hour or so reserved in the archived time to use at will, especially if the conversation is flowing and it gets interesting! (Often the best material can be found in the archived portions because for some strange reason people tend to feel like they are off the radar so to speak and sometimes open up with the juicy tidbits, LOL!)

You can always listen to the whole show in the archive, or if you wanna skip to the section that you missed, just fast forward to the 30 min mark and listen from there. Toward the end there, Zombie threatened to auction off a pic he has had in his possession of me from about 5 years ago back when I was still starving myself for a living...a LOT of people wonder about that pic, it's practically famous! I'll refer to it as the 2 band-aids and some dental floss pic, LOL!

Our fans have come to depend on the archived stuff for the gold. We have a really huge listenership to the archive compared to the actual live listeners, I think partly because of the time zone and we have a pretty broad fan base across the board. I do apologise to those who might have tried to call in last night as well. I myself had a very difficult time logging in for some reason, Jay had to reboot the system for me and I was only able to squeeze in with only about 5 mins to spare before the show started, that was very nerve wracking! I usually log in 15 mins prior, so it got a hairy for a second. I'm assuming the same stuff that was preventing me from getting on was doing the same for the callers during the show, SORRY!

Well then Diva should know that when I was little (young enough to wear Superman pajamas), I downed almost a whole bottle of cough syrup because it tasted good--I had to go to the Poison Control Center and have my stomach pumped. Now that's hardcore.  So who's the lightweight now, eh, Diva???

I've chugged a complete bottle of Maple Syrup.  It's very yummy.  Of course, my stomach kinda clenched up real tight for awhile afterwards.
