Unfortunately we're closed to everything but novellas at this point.  Write it up, though.  You can always find a home for a good zombie story somewhere.

To Mr. Morrone,

Really enjoyed 'The Project' when I read it - beautiful work creating tension and action in such a short piece, and I THOROUGHLY enjoyed how you ended it ("Damnedest thing I ever did see.")

A real pleasure to meet you!

Matt Masucci. I wrote "Adam Repentant."

Great story, Matt.  Glad you submitted.  In fact, we’ve received several great submissions, so the anthology should turn out awesome.  Unfortunately, as an editor, I already know how it ends . . . :)

First to make the lamest post ever!  Just kidding!   ;)  Welcome to the board, James.  Maybe a few more Undead contributors will drop in.

Hey now! Come on, I couldn't think of anything at the time, but, like a freshly raked pile of leaves, I couldn't resist jumping into a new and untouched forum!!! ;)

To John_Sunseri,

John,  I'm glad you enjoyed reading The Project. It's really funny how people see things in a story. The story first appeared in Brian Keene's 'Horrorfind' and he said exactly the same thing about the ending. It came from parts of two movies: Castaway and Willard. I watched them in that order and the ending just jumped out at me. Thanks for the kind words...

Happy that Mr. Keene and I thought the same way...he's a scary SOB, you know?  I'll take any of that mojo I can get...
