My story, "Loveseat Solitaire," will appear in Blood Lite: An Anthology of Humorous Horror Stories Presented by the Horror Writers Association.  It will be edited by Kevin J. Anderson and will be published by--POCKET BOOKS!!!  You know, the publisher that puts out titles by Robert R. McCammon and Stephen King.

Thanks, everybody!  The market is pro rate, 6¢ per word plus royalties.  I'm pretty stokered  :clown:

From what I've heard, the Pocket marketing dept and sales staff are just as excited.  They've designated this a lead trade paperback title rather than a mass-market original, which means they're expediting the production; I'm pretty sure it also means the book will get maximum pimpage.
