Requiem For A Dream ... that movie got me, on various emotional levels.

Agreed!

Pedophilic undertones?...

Maybe I should watch Pinnocio again and see if I can catch anything new.

I hadn't even heard of it.

Silent Hill - visuals only.  Couple of scenes made me go:  Ooooooooo.  Which is always a bad sign for normal humans... Hehehehe.

Silent Hill was indeed strange. I was intrigued by the zombie nurses. Lots of them.

Requiem For A Dream ... its directed by Darren Aronofsky (Pi, The Fountain) deals with various typles of addiction.  Watching this movie is like watching the lead up to a fatal train accident, you know where its heading, you know everythings not going to be all right and but you just can't look away.

The disturbing ending ... is a no holds barred ending and doesn't pull the punches.  Be warned there are two versions of this film, the edited film doesn't deplict some scenes and does the film some injustice.

Just the picking at the sore scene was shocking.

What about Magnolia?

I've known people who can't watch the movie but once.

I think it is one of Tom Cruise's best roles.

The Ugly. Very disturbing since it dealt with a young boy who was mentally and physically abused.

I just got finished watching "A Boy and his Dog" on Netflix. That movie was kinda messed up. The down under people were just freaky with their clown make up! And what he did to the girl at the end....yeahhhhhh......he loves his dog....

But, the most disturbing movie to me is "Night of the Living Dead." I saw it when I was little and then they played commercials for the sequels on the radio when I was about 10. I would hear them when I was in the shower and it would freak me out. To this day, I refuse to watch the movie. Yep, my favorite horror genre is zombies and I refuse to watch the king of all the zombie movies. It scares me too much! Go figure!
