I haven't seen it at my B&N, but I want to try to trick them into getting it. If I call and order it to be shipped to the store, then when it comes in, I can say..."I don't want it anymore." Maybe they will just put it out on the shelf, I don't know how that works. Ya think it's worth a shot? 

I think they're requiring payment when you place the order these days, but someone else may know better than I.

I went into both B&Ns out here in Pleasant Hill, and Walnut Creek Ca, yesterday.  They didn't have it in stock yet.  The computer said PrePaid Only for the ordering info.
I'll keep asking and let you know if they get some in.

I hate that B&N doesn't have a "Horror" section...

But I believe that over on Rap's forum people have sent pics of DBDA on bookstore shelves at B&N. I'm pretty certain. Unless they preordered it, put it in between some books and then took a pic...one never knows.

I've heard from multiple people that it has been seen on the shelves at some B&N.
