Just got word that Borders Books, INC. put in a much larger order for Day by Day Armageddon this month (January 2008).  They doubled their original trial run and commented that the first batch did very well for them.

Looks like DBDA is headed towards a wider proliferation.

Bookstores won't stock POD since most POD publishers list the books as non-returnable (costs waaaay too much to handle returned books). If the book is available as "returnable," they'll stock it if they're interested.
