Permuted Press proudly presents The Hole, a free online serial novel from Aaron Ross Powell.

The Hole is a serial novel of supernatural apocalypse about a global plague, zombies, and a small group of survivors making their way across a very weird Midwest. Influenced by apocalyptic novels like Stephen King's The Stand and Cormac McCarthy's The Road, as well as the works of H.P. Lovecraft and a hint of crime fiction aesthetic, the novel tells a cosmic mystery rooted in American history and folklore.
