I just wanted y'all to know what a special and wonderful person Kim Paffenroth is. I had one of the most entertaining dining experiences on Saturday night in Monroeville at Don Pablos with Kim. The guy is witty, engaging and freakin' hilarous. I've ordered Kim a really nice, very large gold fish bowl to take to Don Pablos the next time we dine together. He'll know what to use it for.

It was a great time. Man, just ripping on the stars of Dawn of the Dead and drinking gallons of tequila and then staggering through that Hindu wedding with all the beautiful women in their saris and us in blood-spattered rags. What an evening. I am definitely going back if they'll have us.
