I second Psych, love that show.  Also Sherlock (from BBC) is amazing.  If you haven't seen Arrested Development it's brilliant.  Give it at least 2-3 episodes if it doesn't click at first because it builds.  You'll thank me later.  ;)

Yep, a new season of Arrested Development coming to Netflix in 2013.  The cool thing is since it's Netflix they've said they'll drop the full season all at once.  None of this waiting for a week between episodes.

If you like Brit TV there is an older series called 'Wire in the blood' that is good.

I've been watching Foyle's War, which is a nifty wartime mystery series (and Honeysuckle Weeks is adorable :heart: .)
