I was thinking about starting an online anti-piracy awareness site.  It could have examples of how piracy of books/ music/ movie hurt the artists and make it harder for them to produce material.  Maybe try to educate people on the whole "information is free" nonsense.  If it got popular enough, we could either ask for donations to keep it going or maybe start running ads.

And we could call it The Pirate Bay.

I mean, it's not like anyone could bitch at us for using the name, right?

I'm guessing that a site like that would only work well if the samples were big enough. Full length streaming movies and full novel downloads and the like?

I think that could be a real community service
